Order not received
I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and it says it's processing but no further updates has been given so far. I would like to know the estimated delivery time and also please provide a tracking number or ID. Would really love it if my order can be delivered soon!

Money not refunded till now
I ordered a product from here and when I was trying to pay through online payment the transaction failed and I could not pay but the money was deducted from my account so I cancelled the order but the money has not been refunded till now it's been 5 days since I cancelled the order , please refund the money deducted from my account.
