I had ordered a package of 2 items on 14th May,2019, which was supposed to be delivered (as per tracking number142076****9679) on 18th May, 2019. However it's almost past a week, and the package has still not been delivered.
There has been no intimation regarding the same, and the official Romwe India site does not provide a customer care number for clarifying the doubts, except for an on-site robot which does not really help! Kindly look into the matter as it is very distressing to have paid for the items and not receiving it on the notified date.
